Okay so I had the best salad on the island our last night in Kauai. It was called "Big Island..." something something I can't remember. It had tomato, pesto, weedy lettuce, and a piece of fried cheese (that's right fellow cheese lovers soft cheese - FRIED!)
I captured many pictures of my beloved salad... before, during, after :)
